At MexMeSpanish, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at mexmespanish@gmail.com with your order details and we'll help.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or through Paddle. After cancellation, you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

1-on-1 classes & class packs

Individual class purchases and multi-class packs (Starter Pack, Progress Pack) are non-refundable once paid. Unused classes from a pack remain bookable for 12 months from the purchase date.

You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled class through Cal.com at any time — cancelling returns the credit to your account so you can rebook a different time.
