1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of MexMeSpanish ("we", "us", "our"), operated by MexMeSpanish. By using our website, lessons, classes, or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age (or have parental consent) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (but not limited to): unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, scraping, probing, or interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.

4. Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, written content, branding, and software are owned by MexMeSpanish and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal learning. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent any technical limitations.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Features may change over time.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud concerns, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (such as lost profits or data). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
